Specifically, we emphasize Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform. At MNP, you will work alongside a collaborative team of creative thinkers and problem-solvers. Gain hands‑on experience, tackle meaningful challenges, and grow your skills in an environment where your voice is valued. Responsibilities Define, develop and present effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for case management. Engage directly with clients and project teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions. Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial or legacy systems. Collaborate with the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Deliver projects in an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprints, retrospectives and backlog grooming. Utilize collaboration tools such as DevOps and GitHub to manage project delivery. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. Develop a strong understanding of our services, industry, and community engagement. Skills & Qualifications Technical expertise in designing, planning, configuring, or customizing Dynamics 365 for case‑based solutions. Experience with Dynamics CRM configuration, customization (Plug‑ins), and third‑party integrations. Proficiency in developing and supporting Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to recommend innovative technical solutions. Ability to obtain security clearance to support provincial and municipal public sector clients. Experience working on large government projects is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end case management processes. Post‑secondary degree in a relevant field or 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. 3 to 5 years of experience implementing CRM/case management solutions, including 2 to 4 years with Dynamics D365 and Power Platform. Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
