Responsibilities include Define, develop and present effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solutions for case management Engage directly with clients and project teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial or legacy systems Collaborate with the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution Deliver projects in an Agile SCRUM environment, participating in sprints, retrospectives and backlog grooming Utilize collaboration tools such as DevOps and GitHub to manage project delivery Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing Develop a strong understanding of our services, industry, and community engagement Skills &
