About This Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who can contribute to the growth and distribution sales of our aesthetic device division in Ontario. The candidate will need be an experienced sales professional who has an aesthetic background in beauty devices sales or a medical aesthetician with hands on experience looking for a new opportunity in device sales. The candidate must be self-motivated, sales-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals and challenges. Expectations of prospecting new business accounts in Medi-spa’s, Dermatology, and plastic surgery offices. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in lead generation, prospecting, device demonstrations, sales presentations, training, and continued support. Eligibility & Qualifications Previous experience in skincare sales or related fields such as aesthetic devices is a MUST Solid understanding of aesthetics to have impactful discussions with customers is required Strong understanding of medical grade active ingredients and skincare terminology Hands-on experience working with Micro-needling, facial services, EMS devices, Microdermabrasion machines, LED light therapy to provide hands-on demonstrations and training to potential new accounts Outstanding sales and communication skills specifically; written, verbal and presentation B2B sales experience in the dermatology, plastic surgery or medical spa market highly desirable Eager to prospect, develop territory strategies, and deliver detailed sales presentations/proposals A strong negotiator skilled in the art of closing deals Must be a confident individual who excels in conducting thorough & impactful training for individuals or groups regarding sales and usage of our devices Effectively manage and prioritize time to complete administrative activities such as; follow up with leads, update CRM account management system with all client points of contact, respond to all leads generated from lead generation ad campaigns. Consistently meet or exceed all sales goals by opening new accounts within the assigned territory and ensuring accounts are fully trained and confident in performing services using our devices. Maintain territory records and call notes in company CRM system Strong organizational and strategic planning skills Requirements 3+ year experience in professional B2B skincare sales or relative experience- A MUST Medical Aesthetic Diploma preferred Experience in operating medical skincare devices Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred Base Salary + Lucrative commission on all aesthetic device sales - potential earnings well over $100k Monthly expense allowance for car, phone, gas etc. Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Medical Equipment Manufacturing We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
