Votre mission
Nous recherchons un directeur des opérations à temps partiel qui incarne une vaste expérience, une clairvoyance stratégique, une profonde connaissance des affaires, des qualités de leadership exceptionnelles et une expertise en résolution de problèmes. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est essentielle.
Ce rôle offre la possibilité d'évoluer vers un poste à temps plein, en fonction du succès et de la conformité mutuels.
Responsabilités clés :
- Diriger le développement et l'exécution de plans stratégiques pour stimuler la croissance commerciale et l'engagement sur le marché.
- Optimiser les processus opérationnels pour accroître l'efficacité et la performance.
- Promouvoir une culture d'innovation dans les systèmes opérationnels et les politiques en accord avec notre mission.
- Conduire l'intégration de la technologie et les transformations numériques pour améliorer notre expérience d'apprentissage en ligne.
- Cultiver et gérer une équipe performante, en nourrissant une culture d'entreprise forte et inclusive.
- Diriger les équipes à distance de manière cohérente et productive, favorisant la collaboration.
- Analyser les tendances du marché pour orienter l'entreprise vers de nouvelles opportunités dans l'éducation en ligne.
- Assurer que les activités opérationnelles sont en accord avec les objectifs financiers pour une croissance et une rentabilité durables.
Qualifications :
- Expérience considérable dans un rôle de COO ou similaire, de préférence dans les secteurs de l'éducation en ligne ou des services financiers.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Expertise démontrée en planification stratégique, gestion opérationnelle et leadership.
- Solides compétences analytiques et un vif intérêt pour la technologie et l'innovation.
- Capacité avérée à développer des équipes et à favoriser une culture d'entreprise prospère.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, relations interpersonnelles et prise de décision.
- Un MBA ou équivalent dans les domaines des affaires, de la finance, de la technologie ou d'un domaine connexe est très apprécié.
