Calian est actuellement à la recherche d'Instructeurs qualifiés pour conduire le cours francophone Logistics Officer Land Common Course, à la base militaire de Valcartier, du 12 septembre prochain au 21 novembre 2024. L’instructeur sera requis sur le site du client pour effectuer les tâches attribuées.


Responsabilités

  • Enseignement des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires à l'exécution des tâches d'une profession militaire déterminée ; par exemple, commis à l'approvisionnement, chauffeur ou commis administratif
  • Utiliser des logiciels de traitement de texte, de tableur et de base de données (MS Office Suite)
  • Préparer des plans de cours
  • Faire fonctionner des simulateurs de formation, des outils et/ou d'autres équipements utilisés dans la profession enseignée ou par l'institution qui fournit la formation
  • Utiliser des simulateurs de formation, des outils et/ou d'autres équipements utilisés dans la profession enseignée ou par l'institution qui dispense la formation
  • Assister d'autres instructeurs dans les activités de formation nécessitant plus d'un instructeur
  • Conseiller les étudiants sur leurs progrès
  • Tenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des étudiants
  • Effectuer les évaluations des étudiants
  • Aider le MDN en faisant des recommandations et en apportant des changements au programme d'études existant
  • Assurer la sécurité en administrant immédiatement les premiers soins aux étudiants et au personnel de l'unité en cas d'urgence


Qualifications

  • Qualification militaire comme LOG Officer (Sergent ou superieur)
  • Doit posséder un minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience en tant qu’instructeur dans le domaine lié à la tâche
  • Doit posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience de travail (pas en tant qu’Instructeur) dans le domaine lié à la tâche
  • Doit être à l’aise dans les deux langues officielles
  • Expérience avec MS Office (Excel, Access, et Word)
  • Doit être titulaire d’un permis provincial valide
  • Doit être éligible à détenir un certificat de secourisme
