Oracle HCM Testing Lead

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Testing Lead to oversee and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) cycles for Oracle HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong QA background, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead defect management and reporting processes in collaboration with client and vendor teams. This role will be hybrid, with occasional travel to client site in Toronto, ON. Key Responsibilities Lead SIT Testing Cycles: Plan, execute, and monitor SIT phases for Oracle HCM projects. Defect Management: Facilitate daily defect triage calls jointly with client test leads to ensure timely resolution. Reporting: Support the creation and delivery of daily testing execution reports to stakeholders. Coordination: Work closely with client and vendor teams to ensure test execution readiness and smooth collaboration. Quality Assurance: Uphold testing standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
