Overview Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, and they are looking for a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize their go-to-market engine. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning complex revenue data into clear insights and scalable processes that drive real results. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be given full ownership of revenue operations, establishing a strong connection between Sales, Marketing, Finance & Customer Success and influencing business decision making. The main responsibilities of this role include: Own and evolve the company’s revenue operations strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and serving as a strategic partner Take full responsibility for the administration of Salesforce as the subject matter expert, including user access, security, automations, and overall platform performance Design, maintain, and optimize revenue reporting and analytics, including advanced dashboards, forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and executive-level insights Drive continuous improvement of sales workflows and GTM automations to improve efficiency and seller productivity Define, document, and enforce data governance policies and processes, maintaining data integrity and cross-team adoption, and provide training to end users Support quota, commission, and compensation administration in collaboration with finance Join this organization at an exciting time as they strive to make their mark in an important market, making a difference in global health. Apply now Qualifications The main qualifications for this role include: Minimum 5+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations experience – ideally in B2B SaaS Experience supporting revenue forecasting and SaaS metrics – able to build complex reports and dashboards Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Salesforce Administrator certification is considered an asset Familiarity with AI and data analysis tools Previous experience with CPQ tools Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations Experience in a high-growth startup or scale environment is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
