Overview Job Summary : The Project Control Officer plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of applications supporting access for a large user base across numerous organizations. This position focuses on operational project tasks ensuring the project meets its objectives within established timelines. The role involves supporting onboarding processes maintaining project documentation and coordinating communication between stakeholders. Location : Toronto Ontario Canada Responsibilities Assist client organizations in fulfilling onboarding requirements including agreements support technical configuration and end-user onboarding. Coordinate communication and scheduling of onboarding activities between client organizations and internal support partners. Maintain operational documents and resources. Monitor project deliverables and communicate progress escalating challenges to partners. Support the development of project documentation including issues and action items logs change and procurement requests reports and presentations. Raise and manage change requests and tickets. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners. Address and / or triage issues on behalf of product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Provide end-to-end support for the onboarding process including client engagement. Required Skills & Certifications : 2 years of experience in project coordination and operational support. 2 years of experience in client onboarding and agreements management. 2 years of experience in client / stakeholder support and relationship management. 2 years of experience in project documentation and reporting. Good working knowledge of stakeholder relationship management. Experience supporting onboarding processes. Experience supporting the development of project documentation. Preferred Skills & Certifications : Experience supporting client agreements. Understanding of ticket request management. Understanding of Identification Authentication and Authorization (IAA) concepts. Special Considerations : Onsite work required up to 3 days per week (subject to change).
