**Project Control Officer**:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Control Officer for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

**Project Control Officer - Job Description**:
The Project Control Officer will be involved in business-as-usual (BAU) project activities, focusing on monitoring and controlling project elements. This role is essential for maintaining coherence in project documentation and ensuring the smooth execution of project workflows.

**Project Control Officer - Responsibilities**:

- RAID log management - Ingest and maintain Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items.
- Reporting - Support consolidation and preparation of reporting materials, including weekly status reports and ad-hoc requests.
- Interdependency Management - Track interdependencies across project workstreams.
- Financial Management - Consolidate monthly cost forecasts and track actual spend.
- Project change control - Maintain PCR list and action related tasks/activities.
- Artifact management - Organize and index required project artifacts.
- Schedule Management - Track and report on tasks, deliverables, and milestones.

**Project Control Officer - Mandatory Skills**:

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in project monitoring and control activities.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and with limited direction.
- Experience in financial forecasting and tracking.

**Project Control Officer - Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with Clarity and SharePoint.
- Banking industry experience.
- Client-facing experience with high-level management.
- Experience in building delivery plans.
- Experience in RAID log management.

**Project Control Officer - Assignment Length**:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.

**Project Control Officer - Start Date**:
ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid, with 2 days onsite at the client's office.
