Overview Lead Sales Associate StretchLab Oakville, ON Location: Oakville, ON (Must reside within 30 minutes of the studio)Compensation: $20$22 per hour + Uncapped Commission Employment Type: Full-Time What You'll Be Doing Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with leads and convert interest into memberships. Drive sales through phone, email, and in-person consultations turning prospects into loyal members. Build local awareness by planning and participating in events, pop-ups, and business partnerships. Manage the entire sales funnel from lead tracking and follow-ups to closing deals. Be the welcoming face of the studio, delivering top-notch service to every visitor. Support daily operations such as scheduling, check-ins, and maintaining a polished front desk environment. Who You Are A goal-driven sales professional who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets. A natural communicator who easily connects with others and builds trust. Confident and comfortable making high-volume outreach calls and leading consultative conversations. Self-motivated and proactive; you take initiative and love working independently. Passionate about health and fitness, with a genuine desire to help others feel their best. Local to Oakville, ready to represent StretchLab at community events and establish strong local ties. Preferred Experience 1+ years in sales within fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality. Background in boutique fitness or membership-based sales is a major plus. Experience with grassroots marketing, event planning, or community outreach.
