Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to maintain high-quality standards. Lead and manage cross-functional teams within the engineering and manufacturing department. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve workflows. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and implement innovative solutions to stay competitive.
