Freelance Application Developer – Excel Automation Join Twine as a freelance application developer to create a robust Excel template that automates invoicing from Toggl Track exports. Deliverables Design an Excel template enabling easy import of Toggl Track Detailed Report exports (.xlsx). Implement automated data cleaning and formatting within Excel. Develop calculations for total hours and billable amounts per project. Create a pre‑formatted invoice sheet auto‑populated with relevant client and project details. Integrate a VBA‑powered button to refresh calculations, generate invoices, and export them as PDFs. Provide clear documentation or a concise video walkthrough. Ensure the solution is user‑friendly for non‑technical staff. Requirements Proven experience in Excel automation, advanced VBA and Power Query. Strong data processing and reporting skills within Excel. Design intuitive, professional invoice templates suitable for legal or professional services. Experience integrating third‑party data (e.g., Toggl Track) into Excel workflows. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to error‑free outputs. Strong communication skills for clear documentation or video instructions. Availability to complete the project within 3–5 days, estimated 5–7 hours. Prior experience with law firms or professional services is a plus.
