SAP FICO Functional Consultant

The SAP FICO Functional Consultant will play a key role in leading SAP implementation activities, focusing on Finance modules. The role includes conducting business workshops, analyzing legacy data, supporting data migration processes, validating load files, performing detailed business analysis, and collaborating with technical teams for solution realization. The consultant will ensure successful and timely delivery of SAP FICO solutions while coordinating closely with the data migration and development teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead business workshops for SAP blueprinting activities. Analyze legacy data and perform quality checks on submitted load files. Test load quality and lead user testing and acceptance of data migration processes. Provide input for automated data migration transformation rules and identify duplicate records. Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes to support data migration requirements. Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements and create custom solution specifications. Provide direction to SAP BODS/ADM development teams for solution realization. Participate in coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities as required. Collaborate closely with the Data Migration team for documenting data requirements, planning load schedules, testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance implementations or rollouts. 2+ years of S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance data migration for master and transactional data including GL Accounts, Assets, GL/AR/AP balances, etc. Experience using data migration tools such as SAP BODS/IS, Syniti/BackOffice Associates ADM, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, etc. Ability to create functional documentation for data migration field mapping and transformation rules. Solid understanding of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
