Your Role You will be the architect of intelligent solutions that turn operational challenges into high‑performance automated systems. From design to commissioning, you will lead innovative projects, optimize SCADA platforms, and integrate advanced technologies to maximize reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructure. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the development of complex technical systems, ensure seamless communication by documenting your work clearly, and provide tailored training when needed. Key responsabilities Lead end‑to‑end automation projects: analyze needs, design innovative solutions, configure, test, and commission efficient systems. Program data concentrators, PLCs, and smart devices: leverage advanced technologies to optimize industrial processes. Diagnose and optimize SCADA platforms: ensure maximum reliability and performance of control and monitoring systems. Contribute to the design of complex technical systems: participate in areas such as power supply, interfaces, and telecommunications. Transform technical or operational needs into concrete, sustainable, and efficient solutions: provide innovative responses to industrial challenges. Create clear documentation, deliver training, and simplify technical concepts: ensure smooth and accessible communication across the team. Actively participate in large‑scale projects: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver ambitious initiatives. To Excel in This Role, You Will Need A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • A valid engineering license in Ontario. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a relevant sector (energy, automation, industrial IT, SCADA, etc.) to fully understand our technical challenges. Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and a continuous desire to learn and tackle new challenges. • Strong understanding of complex technical systems and the ability to navigate multidisciplinary environments. Clear and confident communication skills — whether collaborating, explaining, or persuading around innovative solutions.
