We are seeking a strong, hands‑on Civil Site Superintendent who can lead from the front, manage daily site operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials with Project Managers. Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and timeline expectations. Read drawings, grades, and layouts to direct crews effectively. Manage safety assessments, compliance, and subtrade coordination. Track labour, materials, and equipment usage while communicating risks or issues early. Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally. What You Bring Proven leadership experience guiding civil crews and maintaining high standards. Strong civil construction background (municipal utilities, excavation, base prep, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls). Strong commitment to safety and site compliance. Ability to read plans, manage layout, and proactively plan ahead. Clear communicator with strong problem‑solving skills. Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable using technology (LMN experience is a plus). Valid driver's licence and clean driving record. Experience Requirements 1‑5 years as a Civil Superintendent or 5+ years as a Foreman/General Foreman. Experience with municipal underground utility installations. Familiarity with MMCD and CCDC environments.
