Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior OneStream Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the implementation and optimization of OneStream, a unified platform for financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and analysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute OneStream implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure OneStream applications to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices on OneStream functionality, including consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize the functionality and performance of OneStream applications.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize OneStream within their organizations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on OneStream, staying updated on the latest features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in implementing and supporting financial systems, with a focus on OneStream.
  • Proven track record of leading successful OneStream implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and concepts, such as financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • OneStream certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
