2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants SAP SuccessFactors Benefits Consultant / Lead We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Global Benefits Consultant/Lead to support the design, implementation, and optimization of global employee benefit programs within SuccessFactors. This role partners with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly benefits solutions across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements & Solution Design Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements for global and local benefit programs. Translate business needs into functional and technical designs within SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits. Design benefits structures, enrollment flows, eligibility rules, life-event configurations, and claims/reimbursement processes. Define role-based permissions and ensure proper security administration for HR and Benefits teams. 2. Configuration & Implementation Configure benefit types, including insurance plans, allowances, pensions, savings plans, and reimbursements. Set up eligibility rules, life-event triggers, workflows, and benefit enrollment periods. Conduct system configuration reviews, testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), and defect resolution. Support global rollouts, country-specific localization, and deployment activities. 3. Integration & Data Management Integrate Global Benefits with Employee Central core HR, Payroll, and external benefit providers. Define data mapping, validation rules, and system flows to ensure eligibility accuracy and payroll alignment. Ensure data quality and support data migration activities. 4. Governance, Compliance & Optimization Build and enforce governance standards for benefits administration and system usage. Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies. Monitor system behavior, identify improvement opportunities, implement enhancements, and support release management. 5. Reporting & Analytics Develop or support reporting for benefits utilization, cost management, eligibility, participation, and audit needs. Provide insights and recommendations to HR and leadership based on benefits data analysis. 6. Training & Stakeholder Management Deliver training to HR, Benefits Administrators, and end-users on system processes and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and expertise for benefits-related queries. Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members. Lead workstreams or overall project delivery for Global Benefits implementations. Serve as a solution architect for large-scale, multi-country projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, specifically Global Benefits. Hands‑on experience configuring benefits (e.g., insurance, allowances, pensions, reimbursements). Deep understanding of global benefits processes, eligibility rules, life‑event management, and workflow design. Experience integrating SuccessFactors with Payroll and third‑party benefits providers. Ability to lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into system solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Experience with reporting tools and benefits analytics. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive stakeholders. Project management experience in HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
