Your job • Ensure profitable business growth and effective risk management, while complying with National Bank's policies and risk appetite. • Manage and support a small team of underwriting professionals within the BC credit region, ensuring their development and performance. • Assess and adjudicate credit applications within assigned limits, based on strong attention to detail, rigorous analysis and in-depth knowledge of risk mitigation strategies. • Comply with service agreements and operational processes to support sales objectives while ensuring a solid risk management framework. • Maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders in order to offer value-added services and foster the growth of loans and new clients.
