As the Head of Program Development, Quality and Impact, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and advancing national youth programming at Girl Guides of Canada. This role leads the development of a multi‑year program strategy, ensures consistent program delivery across Canada, and embeds a culture of safety, evaluation, and continuous learning. You will also champion youth advocacy, guide risk management practices, and foster partnerships to amplify program impact. Working closely with volunteers, staff, and external stakeholders, you will drive measurable outcomes and position GGC as a leader in positive youth development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with 7–10 years of senior experience in a national not‑for‑profit youth organization, ideally holding a Master’s degree in youth development, education, or a related field. You bring expertise in program development, evaluation, and risk management, along with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Most importantly, you are passionate about creating transformative experiences for girls and youth.
