What You’ll Be Engaging In Developing your own professional activity within a structured pathway Following a clear onboarding and learning process Working with established personal development programs Engaging in professional, purpose-driven conversations Continuing to develop communication, leadership, and self‑direction skills Managing your time and focus in a sustainable, self‑directed way Who This Pathway Is For Bring 15+ years of professional and/or life experience Are interested in personal development as a long‑term professional direction Are comfortable working independently Appreciate clarity, structure, and consistency Are open to working within an existing framework rather than offering personal services or methods Can realistically dedicate around 15 hours per week Are legally eligible to operate as an independent professional in your country of residence Application Applications are reviewed for alignment before moving forward.
