Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. Partner with physiotherapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self‑management strategies. Key skills and qualifications include: Active license in good standing with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario 1-3 years of experience. Valid professional liability insurance. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient‑first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Good keyboarding skills, with minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. Post‑graduate training in concussion, vestibular, or pelvic health is a strong asset.
