What We're Looking For :-

  • Good standing with their respective Colleges.
  • Able to perform thorough assessments, reassessments and treatment plans accordingly.
  • Able to write a thorough documentation in each patient interaction according to College standard.
  • Knowledge of Worker's Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) documentation e.g Programs of Care, Initial assessment, Midpoint report, Care and Outcomes Summary and Supplemetary Report. (for Physiotherapist and Chiropractor)
  • Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injury claims forms e.g. OCF 1, OCF 18, OCF 23, OCF 24. (for Physiotherapist and Chiropractor)
  • Able to coordinate with Case Managers, Adjudicators in promoting patient's injuries. (for Physiotherapist and Chiropractor)
  • Able to assist patients with braces and suports needs.
  • Able to work well with other healthcare providers.
  • Able to determine patient needs and refer to appropriate practitioner in the team.
  • Has good time management skills.
  • Able to work well in stressful environment.
  • Has good communication skills.
  • In good standing with insurance companies.
