In this critical role, you will shape the future of autonomous customer service at the intersection of AI research and enterprise product development. You will tackle large and complex problems, defining the long-term product and AI strategy while ensuring successful execution across multiple teams. Accountabilities Define and drive multi-team product and AI strategy, balancing long-term goals with iterative delivery. Stay at the forefront of AI capabilities and determine where to build, partner, or integrate. Lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable business and customer impact. Conduct customer and market research to inform product strategy. Establish and own company-wide product metrics for guiding strategic decisions. Communicate and inspire across audiences, representing the organization externally. Coach and elevate the product team, providing feedback and driving senior hiring. Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with AI/ML products. Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, understanding model capabilities and limitations. Proven track record in managing complex problems and driving cross-team solutions. Success in building AI-powered products that deliver measurable customer value. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences. Strong quantitative skills for data analysis and creating company-wide metrics. Experience in engaging directly with customers for insights and feedback. Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
