Production Order Analyst Interac Corp. is a leading Canadian financial technology company that empowers Canadians with control over their money. We are looking for a Production Order Analyst to support law‑enforcement requests and manage production orders in accordance with our internal processes and legal requirements. Overview As a member of the Data Governance team, you will collaborate on cases involving criminal activity, ensuring accurate, timely responses to law‑enforcement inquiries, subpoenas, and other production orders. Responsibilities Respond to law‑enforcement inquiries regarding investigations, confirming records possession and answering questions about Interac products. Support the management of the Fraud Prevention inbox by responding to inquiries from law enforcement, court officers, government agencies, lawyers/attorneys, Helpdesk, and others. Manage production orders/requests for information, subpoenas, demand letters, and materials related to litigations. Confirm receipt, review contents of requests, file, log, schedule, and assign tasks for fulfillment, handling approximately 100 production orders monthly. Finalize response packages for return, ensuring data is provided securely to law‑enforcement officers/agencies. Handle all follow‑up communication with agencies. Provide technical support to officers accessing their results packages. Fulfill a significant number of production orders weekly, including urgent or emergency orders as requested by Legal. Support the coordination of affirmation meetings and document signings, ensuring all parties are present and timelines are met. Qualifications A university degree or equivalent in business, legal, social science fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business or fraud operations. Paralegal certification is an asset. Eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada on a full‑time basis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Strong confidentiality and data‑sensitivity skills. Experience working with law‑enforcement agencies and internal stakeholders. Understanding of the production order process and ability to improve it. Strong attention to detail, organizational and information‑management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe. Commitment to excellence and customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
