The Program Manager is responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of customer programs through all phases from inception to completion. Works closely with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify and close new business opportunities. Involved in defining program parameters or guiding internal research and development efforts. Directs the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts. Ensures that all resources such as engineering staffing, production, and facilities are available to successfully execute the program. Collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality departments to ensure on-time, on-target program performance. As part of the Program Management Team, manages programs and pursuits to achieve ADG quarterly orders, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related program/project experience 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Fluency in both French and English, both oral and written Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams (asset) Participative leadership and teamwork skills Understanding of strategic and operational company goals and ability to achieve results Organized, independent, and methodical work approach Preferred Skills: Experience in government contracting or the defense industry; CBRN knowledge is a plus PMP certification Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or management • Annual performance bonus • Group insurance paid two-thirds by the employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
