Drake International has established an alliance with a prominent industry leading manufacturer and distributor of air distribution products. Recognized for their excellence and innovation, our partner is experiencing significant growth and is currently seeking a dynamic Outside Account Manager to join their expanding team and work out of their Kelowna Office .


ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Develop and maintain relationships with all industry stakeholders (Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Developers, Owners etc.),
  • Lead and own the sales process including producing sales call reports, territory planning and growth targets
  • Understand client’s needs and provide appropriate technical solutions to achieve satisfaction/design intent
  • Understand, and remain current with, both industry and local codes and regulations, and market trends,


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years of sales experience in HVAC – R Industry
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering although other Engineering or Technical background will be considered
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
