Product Manager, Digital Assets & Stablecoin Infrastructure Who We Are Tetra is at the center of Canada’s next financial infrastructure shift. Tetra has recently cleared another key regulatory milestone on the path to launching CADD, Canada’s first regulated, Canadian-dollar stablecoin. This is a big step, not just for us, but for how digital assets can responsibly integrate into Canada’s financial system. Since founding Tetra in 2019, our focus has been clear: build secure, compliant, institutional-grade infrastructure for digital assets. We started with custody and are now expanding into stablecoins, settlement, and broader digital asset products. We’re a small, focused team working on complex, high-impact problems. You’ve shipped products, led roadmaps, and translated vision into execution, but you know your best work is still ahead of you. You thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs. You bring the discipline of product management, but you’re not afraid to get into the details, whether that’s writing a spec, wireframing a flow, or pressure-testing an idea with engineers. You have direct experience in crypto and digital assets, and you understand both the opportunities and challenges that come with building in this space. You don’t clock out at 5. You’re consumed by the problem, driven by outcomes, and energized by the challenge of building something that actually matters. You know how to use AI not as a buzzword, but as a practical tool to accelerate discovery, sharpen insights, and increase capacity for yourself and the team. What You’ll Be Doing Owning the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, definition (i.e. prototypes, PRDs, epics, user stories, etc.), delivery, and iteration Contributing directly to product design, including wireframing, sketching flows, and validating concepts (we don’t have a dedicated design team yet, so you will help fill that gap) Partnering with engineering to translate business needs into actionable requirements Driving roadmap prioritization based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals Joining sales conversations further along in the process to support deeper product and technical discussions (we don’t have sales engineers, so you will fill that role when needed) Building and strengthening relationships with partners, developing new partnerships, and expanding our ecosystem as the platform grows Engaging directly with clients to understand pain points, opportunities, and evolving needs in the crypto custody landscape Leveraging AI-driven tools to improve your own productivity and the team’s capacity, enabling faster research, rapid prototypes, sharper specifications, and clearer communication Ensuring clarity and alignment across leadership, engineering, compliance, sales, and go-to-market teams Measuring success through outcomes, not just output, and adjusting based on results Working the hours it takes. Startups don’t fit neatly into 9-to-5, and neither will this role What We’re Looking For 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS 3+ of direct experience with crypto, digital assets, or blockchain products (non-negotiable) Proven ability to lead product discovery, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences Practical experience using AI tools as a force multiplier in your product management work Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where roles are fluid and expectations are high Worked in regulated industries where compliance is part of the product fabric Been part of an early-stage or scaling startup environment Partnered closely with technical teams on complex systems or infrastructure products What’s In It For You Work closely with senior leadership on foundational digital asset infrastructure Real ownership over products that will be used by institutions across Canada Competitive salary, equity options, and benefits The chance to grow with a small team as the company scales Before You Apply Tetra isn’t for everyone.
