Secure Digital Markets is looking for an exceptional, experienced, and self-motivated Marketing Associate Manager to join our team. This opportunity presents the possibility for meaningful career growth in the cryptocurrency/Metaverse space.
This role will report directly into the Director of Marketing and work closely with the senior leadership team as well. In this role, you'll bring the SDM brand to life through the execution of digital and content marketing, social strategy, and exhibit marketing.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**:
Responsibilities for the Marketing Associate Manager includes tracking and analyzing the performance of digital and social campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Establishing workflows and standards or entering data into our CRM/marketing automation tools
- Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM/marketing automation through automating basic everyday tasks
- Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM
- Work with content creators to produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Monitor the marketing budget on an ongoing basis and allocate funds wisely
- Monitor marketing initiatives and report on return on investment and key performance metrics
- Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Identify target audiences and creatively devise tactics to engage, educate and motivate key audiences
- Monitor and manage social channels (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Formulate high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
- Develop monthly reports on company social media activities
**Required Qualifications**:
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of managing marketing strategies
- Digital & technical marketing skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a keen attention to detail
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing, Outfunnel, or others
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge or previous experience with BambooHR HRIS is a plus.
- Experience in blockchain or crypto industry.
