We are seeking a ProposalsStudent, for ourSolar District thatis available for 4-16 months starting May 2026. As a Proposals Studen t and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by: Responsibilities Works with a small team of Proposal Specialists on submission documents that may include: Expressions of Interest (EOI); Requests for Qualifications (RFQ); Requests for Proposal (RFP). Assists with RFP review process including reviewing RFP requirements, development of proposal outline and timeline/assignments (Proposal Plan), and identifying questions, concerns and potential risks to inform the Strategic Visioning and proposal planning stage of the process. Participates in the kick-off ‘Strategic Visioning’ and Proposal Planning session, ensuring that all key proposal stakeholders are represented. Assists with researching key submission data necessary to create a submission document. Assists with translating a proposal ‘Vision’ into a compelling proposal layout and graphic design working primarily in InDesign, and creating compelling graphics and visual communication strategies, including strategic image selection and/or acquisition. Assists in the assembly and review of responses for compliance, accuracy and content, and coordinate/ participate in review sessions with teammates/ stakeholders to ensure the integrity of all documents and solutions. Accurately proof, edit and reword text. Other duties as required. Qualifications Working towards a degree or diploma in a communications field. Strong written communication and collaboration skills. Competency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Proficiency with Adobe InDesign would be considered an asset. The estimated hourly range for this role is $19.57- $28.88, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
