The Role
We’re on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate Webrunner’s online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our social media channels, engaging with our audience in meaningful ways, and ensuring our brand’s voice is consistent across platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Social Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute a social media strategy that highlights Webrunner’s expertise, showcases our brand personality, and attracts contractors in the home improvement industry.
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with our Content Marketing Manager and other internal teams to plan engaging content, create posting schedules, and ensure smooth cross-platform coordination.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to build trust and foster positive relationships with our audience.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold a unified brand voice and aesthetic across all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth), and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and increase audience engagement.
- Trend Watching: Stay current on social media trends, new features, and emerging platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- 2+ years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or startup (experience in B2B or home improvement a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and platform-specific nuances.
- Proven track record of growing social channels, increasing engagement, and driving leads or conversions.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for crafting attention-grabbing captions.
- Ability to interpret data, create reports, and adjust strategy based on performance insights.
- Team player who thrives on collaboration but can also run with a project independently.
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

Principales responsabilités
- Stratégie & Mise en Œuvre : Développer et appliquer une stratégie de médias sociaux afin de mettre en valeur l’expertise de Webrunner, d’afficher la personnalité de notre marque et d’attirer les entrepreneurs du secteur de la rénovation domiciliaire.
- Planification & Programmation du Contenu : Collaborer avec notre Content Marketing Manager et d’autres équipes internes pour planifier des contenus captivants, créer un calendrier de publications et assurer une coordination fluide entre les différentes plateformes.
- Gestion de Communauté : Surveiller et répondre aux commentaires, messages et mentions afin de favoriser la confiance et de créer des relations positives avec notre audience.
- Cohérence de la Marque : Maintenir une tonalité et une esthétique unifiées sur tous nos médias sociaux (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyse de Performance : Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (portée, engagement, croissance de la communauté) et ajuster les stratégies pour optimiser le ROI et développer l’engagement.
- Veille des Tendances : Rester à l’affût des tendances des médias sociaux, des nouvelles fonctionnalités et des plateformes émergentes.
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de design, de marketing et de direction pour intégrer les initiatives sur les médias sociaux aux campagnes générales et garantir une cohérence des messages.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en marketing, communication ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience pertinente).
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de canaux de médias sociaux pour une marque, une agence ou une startup (une expérience B2B ou dans le domaine de la rénovation domiciliaire est un atout).
- Solide compréhension des meilleures pratiques, des algorithmes et des spécificités de chaque plateforme.
- Expérience avérée de la croissance de communautés, de l’augmentation de l’engagement et de la génération de leads ou de conversions via les médias sociaux.
- Maîtrise des outils de planification et d’analyse des médias sociaux (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction, avec un talent pour rédiger des légendes accrocheuses.
- Capacité à interpréter les données, à créer des rapports et à ajuster la stratégie en fonction des résultats.
