ROLE

We are hiring an experienced Social Media Branding Expert to take our content strategy to the next level. This role is for someone who can pour gasoline on an already existing content strategy across all platforms, amplifying brand visibility, engagement, and influence. You will oversee content distribution, social media engagement strategies, brand positioning, and performance analytics to ensure we dominate the conversation in our industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
  • Amplify and optimize our existing content strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions, ensuring content gains traction and goes viral.
  • Oversee content distribution across all platforms, ensuring each piece of content is formatted, positioned, and scheduled for maximum impact.
  • Manage community engagement by developing response strategies, fostering discussions, and ensuring the brand remains top-of-mind in all interactions.
  • Analyze social media performance using advanced data tools, tracking KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement social branding initiatives that align with company goals and maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure social-first content is produced at scale.
  • Leverage trends and viral opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant and in front of the right audiences.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to expand reach and credibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, staying ahead of shifts in algorithms, content formats, and social media best practices.
  • Continuously test and refine strategies based on performance data and audience feedback.

  • Explosive Brand Growth: Consistently increase social media engagement, follower count, and reach across all platforms.
  • Increased Content Virality: Develop and distribute content that not only resonates with the audience but also gains organic momentum and virality.
  • Industry Domination: Position the brand as a thought leader in its space by elevating social media conversations and maintaining high visibility.
  • Optimized Content Distribution: Ensure our best content reaches the right audience at the right time, maximizing organic and paid exposure.
  • High-Performing Social Ads: Work with paid media teams (if applicable) to amplify organic content through strategic social ad placements.
  • Data-Driven Refinement: Consistently track and optimize social media performance, ensuring that engagement, conversion, and visibility metrics are always improving.
  • Increased Lead Generation & Conversions: Ensure social media efforts contribute directly to business goals, whether through lead generation, website traffic, or other key actions.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, branding, or digital content marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands on social media, generating viral content, and increasing engagement.
  • Expert knowledge of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Experience in content distribution, community engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to create and manage data-driven social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, trend spotting, and cultural relevance in content.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with content creators, video editors, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for social-first content.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new social media trends and changes in algorithms.


LOCATION

Fully remote, must be based in the U.S.


SALARY

$65,000-85,000 USD
