This is a fully remote role covering Western Canada , offering top-tier earning potential and strong underwriting and funding support. Responsibilities Source and structure new mortgage opportunities. Lead client meetings and oversee underwriting with the analyst team. Liaise with CMHC and lenders and drive deals through funding. Build or manage an existing book on a high-performing platform. Qualifications 8+ years in commercial/multifamily/construction real estate financing. 4+ years in senior or progressive leadership roles. Must have CMHC multifamily experience. Strong financial analysis and underwriting fundamentals. Proven full‑cycle sales/origination process. Excellent communication and relationship management. Benefits Fully remote across Western Canada.
