We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations) and our customers to become an expert on their needs, and help design and deliver features that delight and provide value. About the Role The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of product expertise in fintech and product acumen with a deep understanding of B2C SaaS and/or FinTech landscapes. You will work in a highly collaborative environment while enjoying autonomy, ownership, and the ability to impact the entire product. Strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize, and the use of data to guide decisions with tools like MixPanel/Sigma will be critical for success. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days a week in our downtown Toronto office near Union Station. Responsibilities Help define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Execute on product roadmap with design and engineering teams. Represent user needs and advocate for the user in product decisions. Explore solutions, creating and validating hypotheses via A/B tests. Dive into user feedback and data to understand behavior, identify friction, and uncover improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Designers, Product, and Engineering to iterate on feature development. Must Have Engineering, CS, or similar quantitative/technical background. 2+ years of professional experience at a tech startup, ideally a B2C fintech, with at least 4 years of product management experience overall. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to inspire and align cross‑functional teams. Highly organized, with a track record of delivering projects on time in a fast‑paced environment. Deep experience in user research and behavioral analytics, including tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics. Experience setting up feature experiments and measuring impact. A deep curiosity in understanding customer pain points (e.g., why they use the product, their problems, barriers to value). Nice to Have Direct experience in the U.S. Fintech landscape. Experience taking a product from concept to launch, including go‑to‑market strategy, packaging, pricing, and enablement. SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis. Competitive compensation.
