Senior Product Manager Zonda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation and strategic development within key areas of the NewHomeSource platform. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys cross‑functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences. What You’ll Do Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas of NewHomeSource. Lead cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Leverage data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions. Foster a culture of innovation and customer‑centricity across teams. Who You Are 3 years of experience in a senior product management role, ideally within a digital platform or consumer‑facing product. Strong proficiency in the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for working with diverse teams and driving collaborative success. Bonus Experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace platforms. Familiarity with agile methodologies and user‑centered design principles.
