As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in customer engagement, managing inquiries and supporting sales teams. You’ll maintain accurate customer records while ensuring prompt and effective order processing. Your commitment to high-quality service will reflect Rexel’s brand values and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly assist customers with inquiries at the counter
• Efficiently process and track customer orders
• Update and manage the customer information database
• Provide support to field sales and project management staff
• Build brand recognition through customer service excellence
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in inside or counter sales
• Strong ability to communicate and build rapport
• Proven multitasking skills in high-pressure situations
• Product knowledge of electrical distribution is a plus
• Familiar with inventory systems, such as AS400
