As a Store Manager at Structube, you'll lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Required skills include proven salesmanship and strong teamwork to ensure the store runs smoothly. Your role focuses on managing inventory, controlling budgets, and conducting employee training to drive sales growth while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as customer service ambassador and sales leader
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser for store presentation
• Control budget and handle returns and exchanges
• Create employee schedules and facilitate training
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years retail experience, 2 in management
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong teamwork and interest in interior design
• Available weekdays and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
