- Serve as customer service ambassador and sales leader
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser for store presentation
- Control budget and handle returns and exchanges
- Create employee schedules and facilitate training
- Minimum 5 years retail experience, 2 in management
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and interest in interior design
- Available weekdays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
