Overview We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Specialist to lead quality engineering efforts across multiple agile development teams. This role focuses on implementing enterprise-grade test automation strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent quality practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead Quality Engineers across teams to ensure consistency, best practices, and adherence to team agreements (Definition of Ready and Definition of Done). Evaluate and maintain testing strategies, tools, and frameworks. Design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and suites. Provide regular quality and status reports to stakeholders. Participate in reviews of requirements, system architecture, and design documents. Act as a key point of contact for QA across multiple teams. Identify and resolve integration issues between application software and other components. Mentor and guide Quality Engineers on QA processes, tools, and career development. Conduct performance reviews and participate in hiring activities. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience leading Quality Engineers. Minimum 7 years of experience working with distributed/remote agile product development teams. Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise-grade test automation tools and frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
