Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Specialist to lead quality engineering efforts across multiple agile development teams. This role focuses on implementing enterprise-grade test automation strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent quality practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Quality Engineers across teams to ensure consistency, best practices, and adherence to team agreements (Definition of Ready and Definition of Done).
- Evaluate and maintain testing strategies, tools, and frameworks.
- Design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and suites.
- Provide regular quality and status reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in reviews of requirements, system architecture, and design documents.
- Act as a key point of contact for QA across multiple teams.
- Identify and resolve integration issues between application software and other components.
- Mentor and guide Quality Engineers on QA processes, tools, and career development.
- Conduct performance reviews and participate in hiring activities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience leading Quality Engineers.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with distributed/remote agile product development teams.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise-grade test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
