Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview Define the frameworks, implementation, and development of various quality strategies for targeted teams. Work in collaboration with architecture and delivery teams to ensure that various quality requirements (functional and non-functional) are taken into account from the ideation stage onwards. Act as a specialist advisor to management to implement and interpret various indicators of solution quality. Act as a mentor to teams assigned to software quality practices and methods, and lead local quality communities of practice. Represent the sector in terms of quality practices to other company departments and externally. Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability. Requirements Over 3 years of experience in QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience in mobile testing and API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured. Experience with devising test strategies, conducting and/or coordinating tests, and identifying defects to maintain high standards of performance and reliability. Understanding of end-to-end quality and implementing testing strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices. Understanding of working in an agile environment with various scrum teams, using test management tools such as JIRA / XRAY. Familiarity with the use of LLM's and AI tools to build and determine test coverage concepts. Hands‑on experience in Java Selenium for UI automation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience. Working Knowledge Exposure to the Atlassian tool sets, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to collaborate in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives. Soft Skills Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to mentor and influence cross‑functional teams. Adaptability to rapid change.
