You will maintain LIMS configurations, provide technical support, and assist with laboratory IT projects. Your proactive approach will be crucial in troubleshooting IT issues and collaborating with teams to ensure effective integration of systems and technology within the lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update LIMS and analytical packages
• Assist with IT connectivity and technical support
• Manage escalations for complex IT issues
• Collaborate with laboratory teams for LIMS integration
• Support system validation and documentation processes
Requirements:
• IT or related diploma/degree
• Familiarity with LIMS and data management
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with laboratory terminology and workflows
