The Sudbury office is looking for an Engineer‑in‑Training, Municipal to join their team. Duties: Preparation of preliminary and final designs for road reconstruction and infrastructure renewal projects, stormwater projects, culverts, watermains, sanitary and storm sewers and grading. Preparation and coordination of approvals, tender documents, cost estimating, contract documents and reports. Preparation and editing of AutoCAD and Civil 3D design drawings as required. Participation in contract administration services and inspections where required. Other duties as required where appropriate for the position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized post‑secondary institution. 0‑3 years’ engineering experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Membership with the PEO is an asset. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is an asset. Demonstrates superior English communication skills both oral and written. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and in an interactive team atmosphere. Knowledge of Microstation and InRoads is an asset. Construction inspection and/or survey experience is beneficial.
