About the Company:
Our client is a Crown corporation providing specialized and personalized financial services to farming operations. Our client offers financing, insurance, software, learning programs, and other business services to producers, agribusiness owners and agri-food entrepreneurs across the country.
Responsibilities:
- The successful consultant will provide technical analyst support in many of our 30+ SaaS applications such as; Amanda, NetDocuments, ArcGIS, Trados, ProcedureFlow, Language Weaver, MultiTrans - to name a few.
- They will work in an agile environment within a scrum team.
Requirements:
Required Experience
- Has experience in managing SaaS applications which includes implementing system upgrades, single sign-on, integrations, configurations, enhancement feature creation, user access, usability testing, unit testing, monitoring performance, vendor communication and assisting with incident management.
- Also have experience working with communicating with business stakeholders.
