General Manager Position at Lancaster

MDLD Restaurants Inc. is excited to offer an opportunity to apply for the role of General Manager at our Lancaster location. This is a fantastic chance to step up and lead our team towards greater success.

Position: General Manager, LancasterReporting to: Market SupervisorLocation: Lancaster McDonald’s

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and food quality.- Manage financial performance by controlling costs, building sales, and overall profitability.- Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.- Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.- Lead and inspire the team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.- Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and development to ensure team efficiency and growth.- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues, maintaining the brand's reputation.

Qualifications:

- Candidates must have restaurant experience as either manager or higher for a minimum of 1 year- Proven experience as a manager within the restaurant or retail sector, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage budgets and produce reports.- Excellent skills in crew management, scheduling, and employee training.- Demonstrated ability in cost management, including inventory control, resource allocation, and financial planning.- Passionate, hardworking individual with a track record of improving service delivery and achieving business goals.- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on staff development and operational improvement.
