Work That Matters, People Who Care.**Job Description****WHATu2019S THE JOB?**This is a term position for 6 months starting Jan 2026.Join our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move services forward in a safe manner.Employees can work remotely/HybridContract**YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE:**Maintaining relationships with all external and internal stakeholders through effective communication practices;Identifying HSEQ risks, problems and issues as early as possible; ensuring mitigating actions are in place to minimize impact;Effectively communicate HSEQ expectations to stakeholders in a timely, professional manner and on an ongoing basis;Provide necessary training resources, leadership, organization, and control to meet the company''s HSEQ goals.Manage and measure the HSEQ program performance to achieve targeted business output and improvement levels and share with required stakeholders.Prepare and present monthly HSE statistics for analysis to the National HSE Manager.Manage the functioning of the health and safety program including maintaining applicable documentation, establishing performance measures, and analyzing and reporting on health and safety program results and trends.Manage and coordinate with Disability management on any injury claims.Ensure each level of management is properly informed of all activities relative to compliance with company safety policies and communications.Maintain and manage the HSEP (Health and Safety Excellence Program).**Qualifications****WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**University Degree or College Diploma in relevant discipline including at least five (5) yearsu2019 related experience.
