Overview Innovative Food Brands Ltd. (IFB) is an independently owned company that currently oversees management and franchising of The Chopped Leaf. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist will work closely with the team to create, maintain, and strengthen the brand by building ideas for the strategy and leading the execution of national marketing campaigns, grand opening plans, and local store marketing plans. Additional various duties include: Responsibilities Respond to customer reviews, complaints and inquiries via email, Google reviews, social media comments and direct messages Plan and execution of promotional programs and loyalty campaigns Monitor program performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement Support with managing all social media platforms Measurement of all activities through our POS system and Marketing KPIs Build ideas and support the Marketing Director in creating the program strategy for national campaigns, LSM, and new restaurant openings Lead the execution of program strategies that are assigned Build ideas and support sales at a local level by establishing relationships with franchisees, increasing traffic to stores, and increasing brand awareness Support stores with third-party delivery platforms - Skip/Uber/DoorDash and first party by building ideas to drive sales Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement local marketing initiatives in-store and on digital channels Lead the administration and vendor communication related to marketing campaigns and budget Lead the project management for all new product innovations Budget management – create PO requests, ensuring cost do not exceed budget and tracking estimates in BCR Other duties as assigned Qualifications The successful application will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Post secondary education in Business/Marketing or related field 2 - 3 years experience in similar role; working on a QSR brand would be considered an asset Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Customer focused attitude Demonstrated ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships Assertive, well organized, highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Application and Equal Opportunity If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, please send your resume to Our practice is to administer our employment procedures without discrimination; as such we welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
