The Opportunity We’re looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of complex projects, contribute fresh ideas, and help us push the boundaries of what’s possible. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, cutting-edge projects while collaborating with a talented and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain applications using PHP/Laravel, VueJS, and React Design, develop, and optimize backend APIs and frontend interfaces Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices Review code, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of engineering excellence Manage and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized environments Participate in Agile processes (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) Research and recommend emerging tools and technologies to improve our stack Qualifications: 7–10 years of full stack development experience Strong expertise with PHP/Laravel, VueJS, and React Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL ) Skilled in Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly Familiarity with SASS, Bootstrap, Webpack Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes) Exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures Additional Information: Competitive compensation tailored to your expertise 100% remote-first environment with flexible working hours Exposure to innovative and global projects Supportive, collaborative, and growth-driven team culture Career advancement opportunities into leadership and architecture roles Join our team: If you’re a passionate developer who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality solutions, we’d love to have you on our team.
