Position Overview We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our team. Your contributions will impact our immediate product offerings and shape the future of seamless systems integration in our industry. In this role, you will develop and maintain our cutting-edge integration platform, crafting high-quality features, API connectors, and systems integrations that drive customer success. Job Scorecard Mission As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to Sincronus’ core mission by developing, enhancing, and maintaining our integration platform. Leveraging a stack that includes React, Python, C#, and Azure cloud services, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality features, API connectors, and integrations that drive customer success and business growth. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in full-stack development, including React, TypeScript, Python, C#, and Azure services. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues effectively. Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives. Results-driven: Focus on delivering outcomes that meet or exceed expectations. Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development. Experience Requirement Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development. Technical Requirements Proficiency in React using TypeScript for front-end development. Expertise in Python and C# for back-end services. Experience with Azure cloud services . Familiarity with Microservices architectures . Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes . Understanding CI/CD pipelines . Typical day-to-day responsibilities Coding: Writing and reviewing code in React, TypeScript, Python, and C#. Feature Development: Creating and enhancing platform features and API connectors. Problem-Solving: Addressing technical issues and innovating solutions. Testing and Quality Assurance: Writing tests for new features and ensuring software quality. Documentation: Documenting code and system configurations.
