Responsibilities Connect, share, and partner with customers to identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities. Help customers by meeting and exceeding their needs, and promote additional products and services that create value. Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and build enthusiasm for wireless. Achieve personal sales goals and maintain merchandising standards. Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards. Resolve customer concerns effectively and escale to management when appropriate. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience. Strong customer focus and service orientation. Demonstrated selling ability and ability to coach others. Effective communication skills with a variety of mediums. Planning, organizing, and prioritizing efficiently to handle daily responsibilities. Technology savvy, curious, approachable, passionate, and problem‑solver.
