About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a portfolio of branded hotel properties in Canada. This is a remote role based in Alberta, with the potential to become hybrid. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of multiple markets, strong limited‑service brand experience, and a proven ability to generate group and transient business within the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales for multiple hotel properties across various markets in Canada. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate clients, with a focus on the oil and gas sector. Proactively solicit and close group, corporate, and transient business to meet and exceed revenue goals. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and travel demand to optimize sales strategies. Collaborate with property‑level teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans. Represent multiple major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Super 8, Quality Inn, Travelodge). Required Qualifications Based in Alberta, with the ability to work remotely and travel as required. Proven experience managing sales for multiple hotel properties and markets. Prior sales experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Super 8, Quality Inn, Travelodge). Strong track record of selling to oil and gas clients, including both group and transient segments. Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills. Results‑oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities. Compensation A competitive base salary plus performance‑based incentives.
